I recently purchased a faith based diet called "The Christian Diet".

Being a skeptic I was hesitant, but it was cheap enough and the web site looked legitimate.

To my surprise, the program was actually pretty amazing. Firt of all, it was easy to adapt to. It really changed my entire outlook on food and dieting.

So far I've lost 14 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I'm pretty excited because I finally have hope in this program. I think I'll continue to lose the weight and keep it off permanently.
