Well this is what my feelings are:

Last week, after Restored Republic representative went on the Tim Turner Talkshoe call and announced that everything was in place and ready for the Restored Republic to make a smooth transition in replacing the de facto failing corporation, I had logged on the website and sent out an email:

Dear Fellow Republic Patriots,

I have signed up on every website that has come along regarding the re-establishing of the republics across this land, from Sam Kennedy to Tim Turner, to Regan Reedy & Tom Schaults, and, as of yet, I have never ever been contacted by anyone with regard to anything that has been going on with these various, seemingly separate, groups.

Perhaps, it is just as well, because I also heard the stories of the conflicts, the threats, the bickering, the mistreatment of many that has taken place amongst the states' coordinators, assembly members and grand juries. Not to forget to mention, the incredibly unfair treatment I have heard go on with another two fine individuals - Dave Mack and Sam Davis.

Please don't misunderstand me, I do understand that it is a dialectical process that is necessary for all to go through.

This past Wednesday [October 6 2010], from the Tim Turner's Conference call (hosted by Tad), I have now heard that everything is set in place and ready to go. The state coordinators, the state representatives, Tim Turner and his staff of Department heads are going to meet in Michigan very soon. And the funny part of this for me is that I live in Michigan. I live within an hour and a half hour drive of Kalamazoo!

So, now that it is understood, the white man has put everything in place, with everything ready to go, to make the transition from de facto to de jure go as smoothly as possible. I have but one question:

With regard to the Native American Indians, what plans do you have for these people?

For it appears to me that they were settled on this land, on the soil of America, long before any Colonist came here. In fact, I understand that a lot of what was written in documents, such as the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, much of what is in these documents came out of the Native American Indian Common Law, from the very trust & treaties that the colonists agreed to with the Iroquois, the Mohawk, etc. And which were later placed in dishonor through the fraudulent actions of the Colonists.

By far, these Native American Indian nations have been exploited the most at the hands of de facto agents & corporate entities which includes rapes, kidnappings, starvation, unnecessary beating, genocidal murders, prison internment camps, and countless other abuses at the hands of the overly moralistic orders of Jesuit & Christian priests and those that adopted their holier than thou ilk philosophy and psychology, not to mention the countless numbers of treaties that were broken along the way with the Original peoples of this land.

It is my understanding that the United States government owes these Original people several trillions of dollars - in gold & silver. And it seems to me that the U. S. government went off the gold standard specifically to cheat these people out of the contracts that they made with them. And took the small American farmers, people like Darryl Freck, along with them. And, so many others along the way, submerging all of us beneath a huge mountain of debt.

So my question is:
What position does the Republic of the united states of America have with regard to this issue? For it only seems right to me, that if any healing were to truly begin, it should start with these people!

In response, I was sent documents to review. Afterward, I received about 12 emails containing information on the Tim Turner Freedom doc process from Donna Kozak.

The question remains unanswered.
And with it, my feelings are not to bother with this.
