I have taken Gold Coin Grass from Julia Chang for a year (www.sensiblehealth.com). She said that would be the slow way to get rid of stones. It's not as effective apparently as doing a real flush, but I couldn't continue doing flushes. I was so depleated after my ten rounds of flushes I just felt that I couldn't continue like that.
