Yes, it is what it is - I dont want to get involved in any discussion about WF...I am not really good in taking advaces if I dont want them :)...People are diffrent -some get more motivated in discussions ,or care about ppl's opinion...not me, especially during fast - I need my piece and quite ..glad to hear , same with other fasters
