I recommend retiring your doctor-- (so, goodbye all "tests", etc...)but I think that's a bit much for most people to swallow...this takes time...

So, instead of that---have faith that you yourself can be an example of wholeness.

Nice radical change of the usual worldview, yes?
Not so far out either--what helps is to read the old 'fasting masters'. Google this forum for good literature to read...

Trust--carry it in your heart. (to get it situated there,however, it has to organically arise: reading the Old lit. helps; that is, not just some internet idea/opinion based on hearsay--but what's based on long trial and experience. Respect the tradition.)
