vidda, when there is fear about a liver flush, I think it is not advised. fear generates a vibrational 'contraction', and contraction = holding on to stuff the liver *might* release if it were feeling more 'into' the whole flushing thing...
does that resonate with you??

(in other words, can you dig it? ;-) )
Interesting thing is kidneys = fear. So, it might make sense to do things that tonify and cleanse the kidneys, first. (I know, people always say the Water Fast does it all, but actually, there *is8 more we can do..and more we can asist the body in doing...)

Look up best kidney herbs/foods, and choose some that you feel attracted to...eg. parsley (think:lots of tabouley!) corn silk (for tea) Celery seed, juniper berry-->>I make a kombucha wih ginger, juniper berry and blueberry--
It's good!!!

etc. etc....

There are lots of other things you can do for the liver as well, besides "flushing"--and this is something I've just come around to recently--you know: live and learn/I used to be very gung ho about liver flusshing.

now I think eating a lot of apples over a week can be a VERY helpful liver 'thing'...raw, baked, etc. There is nothing so good as the synergy of a whole food--esp. one like the apple.

Also, you can take a T. of lecithin (for life!)in the PM before bed--this is VERY good for the liver, the brain, the whole system..'

Oh--and there's a really pleasant liver cleanse/flush that involves tomato, turmeric and garlic. I thought it tasted so good ( I used watered down tomato paste for the "juice" part...) I had it a second time, just for the flavour of it!...

curezone google tomato juice flush

oxbest, C

please forgive/and/or wade through the spelling errors.

PS--a post on the "anionic lemon"
