I know that I can not handle enemas. I really felt like I was going to die doing an enema during my adrenal fatigue. I did them before I was sick (coffee enemas) and had no trouble but when I became ill with adrenal insufficiency my body could not handle it and it was like I became water logged and had a severe electrolyte imbalance. I was terrified and really would caution anyone that is that ill in trying it.
