liver flushing, cleansing - most of the stuff in the top ten forums at curezone - are vital. the best experiences with Iodine have been with people who did such things prior to taking iodine. the worst experiences have been with people who had horrible halogen imbalance(fluoridated drugs, tap water, brominated products) and had not done any or very little cleansing.
