It might help if done about 72 hours before the flush day. The coffee enemas do cause bile to be released and are good for cleansing the liver up to a point, but they may interfere with a good flush if done to close to the time of flushing. I have done coffee enemas the day of the flush, but was advised not to by several Curezone members a couple of years ago. If a person has a tendency to get stuck stones, they need all the bile pressure they can get. I can't help but wonder if Hanna's method of berries and cream before the flush would help, but I don't know enough to advise about this.
