Well I've done my best with enemas and castor oil packs, but Colon Cleanses have adverse effects on me otherwise. I am seemlingly allergic to too many things right now.

I was afraid of the kidney cleanse. Can you do one when you have adrenal fatigue. I am afraid of having to pee even more than I do. Can't sleep too well with all the peeing as it is.

Is there a gentle kidney cleanse that is easy?
