Hi Linda,

I was just wondering how you used the Flax Oil? How much did you take? Did you mix it with something (ie. cottage cheese.... like the Budwig diet) or did you just eat some or pour it on some type of food? I was wondering because a lot of people with liver issues have problems digesting oils and I don't know how it would effect me to just eat (drink) some flax oil.
