hi is it possible to clean and releaase toxins from your liver by just using a good quality liver tonic (Dr Sandra Cabot's Livatone)without flushing. i have done one successful flush last month but ever since my digestion is been whacky rumbling, gurgling. hiccups and gas etc. so dont think they are good for me? or should i do another scared about stuffing my candida clogged body even more. anyway any one used liver tonic alone does it work to help clean the liver out
