Pregnancy is so fragile. There are a million things that can go wrong. My sister was in great health it seemed (she felt good, had lots of energy, no major physical complaints) but she still miscarried.
Just don't beat yourself up in anyway right now, is all I'm saying. What you are going through is stressful enough alone without any added critical thoughts from yourself, and hopefully not anyone else.
