Sorry I forgot the name of the supplements they were given to me by my Pathologist. My advise to you is to find a good pathologist/natural doctor and go from there. I started to notice a difference after my cleanse and the supplements just helped me along the way. I wasn't allowrd to have anything with fungal properties in it for 4 months and I did not cheat (Thats the key). A good resource is candidadiet.com. This worked for me because I had Candida you might have something else that is causing your seb derm. Find a good doctor and get some tests. Also do not take any Antibiotics unless you have to that stuff messes you up. Any ohter questions just ask me. I was so frustrated and I know how hopeless this can make you feel.
