I would go to my MD and have them draw serum calcium and vitamin D levels. Then you would know if you had normal lab values or not. I have no idea if these issues you are having are symptoms of low/high calcium or low Vitamin D, but there are plenty of websites that can give you lists of symptoms for these low/high calcium an low vitamin D.
