Is that the US version or the Uk version?

It was strange that the Uk spent so much money on useless quangos and international aid obligations (aka giving corrupt African nations money to buy guns) yet nothing on real food for school dinners.By giving the kids healthy food in the long run that would save the health system hundreds of billions.
