The only thing is..

We either have TOS and actually utilize them or create a free for all (which is what is going on now).

If we have an even playing field I will venture a pretty good guess that the quality of posts and posters will rise dramatically.

For instance. In improve, it is important not to block the flow so that the players keep reaching deeper and deeper aspects of their creativity.

It is a similar thing when sharing any info. When the flow gets blocked it derails the process.
