That's great that you've found some answers to your fatigue! Are you avoiding all grains now or just the gluten grains? Do you avoid oats as well? I've had an easy time omitting wheat, but am wondering if it would be best to eliminate all grains from my diet and go completely Paleo. I was reading many anecdotal accounts of people whose allergies (seasonal and food) improved by eliminating all grains, but I'm already thin and can't imagine getting more than 100g carbs/day if I cut out rice and oats.
