I would probably start slowly, just one drop, as they're really powerful so don't overdo it. How's your overall diet? Elimination channels working well? (MH's LBB is really good for bowels). Be prepared for a cleansing reaction.

By the way, you can also put the essential oils into capsules to take internally. (I haven't tried that yet).

The EO Desk Reference lists several types of fungal infections. Some of the oils mentioned are lemongrass, spearmint, peppermint, rosemary, tea tree (I think this one is NOT for internal use, but external only), clove (I really like this one), Melrose (external use only, I really like this one too), oregano, lavender. The book lists what blends to use and how to use the oils safely. I recommend the book as it explains how to use the EO's. It's sold at Amazon.com I think.

I also looked up Mold in Higley's Reference Guide to Essential Oils. It recommends Purification and Thieves. It talks about a young boy who had toxic black mold infection. Parents gave him a rectal implant of 8 ml myrrh, 2 m oregano, 5 ml melaleuca alternifolia, and 5 ml eucalyptus globulus. They followed up with Thieves to help clear him of the infection.

Virtually all the oils are anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.

Hope this helps,
Mira
