Please DO not stop. Keep the good job going.You will love yourself when you are done. I just did a 9days fast. I had rash outbreak all over my skin. I had to stop because I did not have so much energy to support my kids. I will be joining you. So please do not stop stay strong.

There are lots of great supporters here. You have come to the right place. Stay strong.
