wondering if anybody here takes the essential oils internally?

The specific oils I have in mind are cinnamon, thyme, and clove.

I heard you should put them in a carrier oil like olive oil so they can be properly diluted.

So let's say I have 6 ounces of olive oil, how many drops of essential oil can I put in there?

By the way I will be using young living brand oils

anybody have any experience with this?
