I have been taking Adrenal Complex by Transformation Enzymes (New Zealand cows) for 5 weeks. (1 capsule AM)I'm also taking Cortef at 25mg, 4 doses per day. (10/7.5/5/2.5)

When I upped my Adrenal Complex to add an afternoon pill, I got over stimulated. Now I can't take any of the Adrenal Complex and had to stop cold.

How long could the withdrawal symptoms last? (my energy level has remained good and my avg daily temp is 98.3)
