I just finished my first flush, successfully I might add. I lurked on curezone for over 2 years reading posts and working up the nerve to flush. I started to looking into flushing because I have psoriasis, and have taken perscription drugs for 1/2 of my life (I am 27 years old), not to mention digestive issues. But I was afraid. After reading others' experiences I was afraid of what the mixtures would taste like, that I would thow up, that I would be in agony, that I would cause myself more issues with stuck stones, etc. Yesterday I broke out in hives all over my face and neck for an unknown reason, my Psoriasis was bleeding, and I said that I needed to try to do something for myself because obviously I am toxic, so I made the split decision to flush. And guess what- It was actually a pleasant experience, and all the things I was afraid were not even an issue. I fasted all day. I did the Hulda Clark flush. I mixed the Epsom Salts with apple juice (no problem at all). I didn't make the 6pm dose, so I took the 8pm. Then I had my grapefruit juice and olive oil(1/2 cup) and in my head I was prepared to be sick all over my kitchen floor- but nothing, it was actually GOOD. It went down easy, no nausea, nothing. I had a little trouble sleeping, but I think that was just because I was excited to feel activity in my liver and I was anticipating what I would or wouldn't see the next day. At 6am I awoke and in the toilet I saw some chaff and some brown/tan cholestrol balls. So I said ok, that's something. I took my epsoms at 6:30 and 8:30 and continued to see stuff in the toilet- when i saw a few green balls I was so excited. So to all of you who are afraid, take the plunge. You will never know if you don't try and I feel that I faced my fears and did something good for my body. I plan to flush again in two weeks, now that i know that it is no bid deal. I will keep you posted on my progress. I haven't seen any changes in my skin yet, but as I clean myself out I am hoping to. But overall, I feel physically great, I am optomistic, and I wanted to share this experience with all the posters that encouraged me and taught me the value of this flush! thanks guys!!
