wow, that's great. i took a 'natural' form of it made from friendly bacteria (solaray) but get so sick that i don't know if i can continue with it. i'm trying nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp a day have 1/3 the rda amount of tyrosine! i don't know if its bioavailable but i guess i'll find out! thx for your help.
