To quickly answer your question, I've been following the Hippocrates Institute protocol which includes raw-living foods, wheatgrass, wheatgrass implants, green juices, exercise, detoxification, supplements, etc. My hormone levels are fine and have had no surgery. My biopsy results revealed a follicular lesion on my thyroid, and I'm trying my best to not have surgery. If you like, I can go into detail of what I'm doing.
