I took this for a good month-6 weeks. I was up to 4000 mg, (?) a day. Didn't cure my intercellular candida, not sure how it helped, but it certainly didn't hurt. Still feel like I have the protozoa though, in any case, it can benefit anybody for numerous health issues.
