Yes...you are absolutely correct and spot on. I can feel the internal and external reaction when I eat something that creates an allergic response. I become flushed and my pulse rate increases. I have noticed this for a few years, but could not connect the dots. I told my Integrative doctor this a long time ago. She believed me when I said: "I think I have some food intolerances ", and so I have.

By trial and error, we must learn to eliminate those things that create further inflammation in our bodies. I use Super Bio-curcumin, and I think it helps to some extent.
