Jorge...I hear you. You sound like you are still in lots of discomfort. At least you are beginning to eliminate the foods that you cannot tolerate. I struggle with that as well. I believe leaky gut and IBS are my challenges. My IBS manifests primarily as constipation. Most days I am OK, but as soon as I eat something that has allergens (like eating eggs on Saturday), my body rebels....it almost shuts down.

After having the FoodSafe food sensitivity test performed, I have sensitivities to several food stuffs: gliadins, wheat, bananas, pineapple, egg yolk, egg white, etc. I thought could just ignore these sensitivities because the test was probably not accurate. Well, each time I try to add one of these foods (gliadins, wheat, eggs), I have serious problems with indigestion and constipation. So, long story to say I will have to leave them along as I heal my leaky gut.
