I tell you Jorge...this journey is very disappointing some times. Most days I feel pretty good, then will eat something that is on the anti-candida diet and suffer constipation and a headache for no known reason. I drink lots of water, take RenewLife's fiber (great stuff with Glutamine, etc), but the journey seems to be up and down....not continuous progress as I would hope.

Oh well.....
