I've been using Oxypowder for years now, because I suffer from chronic constipation. Oxypowder is really the only thing that works for me. I've tried all of the laxatives and stool softeners, and they help, but never really give me the relief I want. I've also tried other colon cleanses, but they make me feel more constipated or change my diet alot. Oxypowder is the only thing that really works to keep me moving down there.

I think i'm the exception of the norm though, because I don't use it for "detox / cleansing" purposes.
