I've taken SAM-E before. Why are you taking it, may I ask? Seems like I remember that you have to take B-12, Folic Acid and B6 with it too. I took it once for Depression and once when I had gallbladder problems.

But did you know that the proper form of magnesium helps both liver function and depression? If you ever get a chance, get this book by Dr. Carolyn Dean called "The Magnesium Miracle."
