Wow, sounds like you have a great dentist! I have both adrenal problems and gum problems. I've been at a total loss as to what to do to help my gums, they've been receeding gradually over the last few years but just recently seem to be going faster. I think I have the same posture problem you mention, also.

When you take the probiotics, do you just swallow a capsule, or do you swish any around your mouth? Are you trying anything else specifically for gums, e.g. oil pulling, and has anything helped your gums so far?
