Hello all, I suffer from hypersexuality (constantly need sex ... 3 - 5 times per day) and I do have a partner who is able to "somewhat" accommodate me. I have actually suffered from hypersexuality and sexua| frustration most of my life, despite that I am an eligible sort of guy who has always been able to attract women. I am currently in my early 30s, and, in the last 2 or so years, the levels of sexua| frustration have grown so intense that I have felt suicidal. Before anyone gives me a bunch of lame advice about finding a shrink, please hear me out. I've gone down that road and the medications they prescribed did help a bit, but the side effects were so horrible, I would honestly choose death before continuing on any of those meds (they made me into a boderline vegetable.) What might help me is a bit off the beaten path such as spiritual teachers, trantra, etc, etc, etc. I'm desperate and will listen to almost any suggestions aside from the generic: "you need to get help..." that I see all too often on message boards when researching this topic. DUH! No kidding I need help -- now tell me something I don't know! :-)
