No reason other than it destroys your liver.
I thought curezone was for natural remedies not harsh pharmaceuticals?
Here's a report by Lita Lee , Phd
Nystatin
Many people are led to believe that Nystatin, the famous anti-candidiasis drug, is perfectly safe with no side effects but I have observed liver toxicity in many Nystatin patients. These patients develop skin problems, Sugar intolerance, alcohol intolerance, and other liver-toxicity problems. The most unusual case I witnessed was a young lady whose blood vessels started swelling and protruding. These symptoms subsided several days after she stopped taking Nystatin.
Here's one of a woman who was treated for a candida infection in her urine , her liver function declined markedly when on the drug.
Worsening of liver function with fluconazole and review of azole antifungal hepatotoxicity
MO Gearhart
OBJECTIVE: To report a case of fluconazole worsening of liver dysfunction. CASE SUMMARY: A patient with hepatitis experienced worsening of her liver function when treated with fluconazole for a Candida infection in her urine. Elevations in aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, and total bilirubin concentrations along with increased prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were noted as early as the second day of therapy. After discontinuation of the fluconazole, the liver parameters returned to their normal baseline level. DISCUSSION: Hepatotoxicity associated with azole antifungal therapy is reviewed. This patient experienced elevations in liver function enzymes; the literature relating to this topic is evaluated. CONCLUSIONS: It is probable that fluconazole therapy was involved in the worsening of this patient's liver function. Liver function should be monitored during the course of fluconazole therapy in patients with underlying liver dysfunction. It appears from the published reports that HIV-positive patients may be at risk for hepatotoxicity with fluconazole.
Wikipedia page for fluconazole (nizoral) lists liver damage as common
Adverse effects
Adverse drug reactions associated with fluconazole therapy include:[4]
* Common (≥1% of patients): rash, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and/or elevated liver enzymes
* Infrequent (0.1–1% of patients): anorexia, fatigue, constipation
* Rare (<0.1% of patients): oliguria, hypokalaemia, paraesthesia, seizures, alopecia, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, thrombocytopenia, other blood dyscrasias, serious hepatotoxicity including hepatic failure, anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions
* Very rare: prolonged QT interval, torsades de pointes
