If we use the Samento full-spectrum extract of Cat’s Claw, instead of an ordinary extract, how should we adjust the dosage—particularly for hidden infections? (For example, do we divide the dose by 10?)

Below is a quote from the maker of Samento:

“Some of the beneficial properties of Samento are attributed to the pentacyclic oxindole alkaloids (POAs) that are found in the plant that act on the cellular immune system and demonstrate powerful immune system modulating properties.
