Lucerne/alfalfa, nettles, wild fennel, chick weed, sour thistle. The fat hen family including orach (atriplex), continental parsley, new zealand spinach, asian greens - Mizuna, mitsuba, bokchoy and chinese cabbage. Both rocket species.

The Atriplex family as already mentioned has the salt bush species = more edible leaves there. I also eat a small leaf at this time of the year that I initially saw and grew from a bunch in an asian F&V shop (sorry no name as yet). Another favourite is Basella (Malabar Spinach) delightfully productive grows from seed here. Being spring here eating hawthorn leaves/flowers also delight. Purslane coming soon.
Broad bean leaves so much better than the pods. Must steam the deadly night shade leaves but good to eat at this time of the year. Not to mention seaweed.

Currently drying/ fermenting to preserve: sea weeds, kales, mustards, chickweed, sour thistle and nettles.
