I have been under extreme stress the past week and am losing weight really fast. (I do need to lose weight) but it concerns me because I have hypothyroidism which I just found out about a month ago and it has caused me to not be able to lose weight and to pack the weight on. I would not think that I could lose this type of weight with my thyroid being really low.

I'm also getting very breathless with stress and shaking under the slightest stress now. Is anyone else experiencing this and could it be my adrenals failing?
