I only used 5 capsules. lol I usually use 4. I did one extra because I was having that stupid problem where you have to wipe forever to get it clean. It's like stool was constantly at the end of my colon and not coming out good enough. Even after a SWF!

And yeah, like I said in my last post..it IS a hemorrhoid..even though I didn't push or strain. Maybe there was so much toxic stuff coming out it caused one? :(

No sitting. Laying on my stomach on my laptop. LOL
