I understand your pain. I have had bad acne for 10 years. I've visited several doctors with no success. After 10 years of frustration I almost healed acne in 2 months. Please check my web, I hope there's good chance it can help you. My summary (too complex to post here) explains not only what to use but also why. In short: it is boron, sulfur, zinc, niacin to kill demodex, which causes acne.
