I'm aware of hemorrhoids caused by straining/pushing though which is why I don't strain!

Plus, I am using Oxypowder . You don't even really have to push with that. :(


I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning. Felt some relief when water gushed out of me. Once it started as much again the pain was back.


That Balneol stuff helped a bit.
