Thank you so much for taking out time to help me out. You're right, I have always had slow transit time of stool. I'm doing good if I have one stool a day. You're right, I think. Also, one sign that I have a lot of plaque? in the walls of my colon is that when I had one of the colonics (I've had two), I had blood in my stool for a day. That was worrisome for a while.

I will look into Dr. Shulze's colon cleanse. Thank you for much for taking out time to figure try to figure out my problem. I appreciate it very much. I have received so much support from so many of you.
