I am disappointed in Jim Humble . On his website he suggests breathing in small amount of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement fumes to heal sinuses. Just not too deeply . What a dangerous suggestion. And his war ing is so veiled. Something about causing breathing difficulties if inhaled too deeply but no mention of any long term damage . He should include this . Full disclosure .
Anyway I was foolish enough to try it for about 4 days . And today I woke up gasping for air . After frantically trying to clear my lungs for 2 hours it subsided but now my breathing is a bit labored and heart is racing , hot and can't sleep
