Who recommends it? I don't think Hv does, maybe very short term until own production steps up.

Do you also take a sublingual B12, B6, foliac acid and biotin. Also B50 twice a day is also recommended.

Maybe kefir for the flora. You also need a prebiotic, such as rice or oat bran to feed the good bacteria.

You need b12 to produce stomach acid, but need stomach acid to use it, so the sublingual will by pass this process until production improves.
