Bonjour to you all!

I slept better last night, feeling really good after I went for a walk with my dog last night, at the sunset, beautiful by the way!
Didn't loose much between yesterday and today but I know there are some moments slower in regards to the weightloss.
A question : Could it be recommanded or at least not very unadviced to take some natural laxatives (pills made by herbalists) during the fast.
I usually go for a colonic while fasting but saving some money now and they're quite expensive in France so I'd better avoid..
Here I am, feeling my spirits a bit down this am, won't last long i hope :)
