All of that is true. I had it very profoundly this time around. I feel I have an entirely different view of my life and where I'm going.

I'm now easing off the cleanse again. I noticed at the tail end of it, my tongue starting to turn white again in places, which I thought was odd. It was completely pink one day, then had patches of white the next.

But a very successful cleanse all round. Will do it again for longer next year.
