It isn't THAT bad but just still noticeable. I am not sick, it probably was just a powerful jolt of iodine! maybe I overdid the drops, I usually take too much of a new type of Iodine and then experience some kind of detox.

Yes, honey is great, I have local honey every day with almond butter.

I bet the throat is crying out for more Everclear LOL

Could be related to a recent Amalgam removal/mercury.

The Iodine was so powerful and there was excess mercury lodged in the thyroid? its possible
