I'm sticking with Bragg. They have been doing this for close to 100 years and they DO age their ACV in wooden barrels (you will find this information in their Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System book. The Bragg family are committed to the health industry and I trust ALL their products as well as their books, philosophy and intent. They are NOT a scam.
