Thank you for your kind words...we're ALL a work in progress!

Since I don't know much about you, there's really nothing I can advice until I have more information.

How many bowel movements are you having daily? Have you done any type of colon cleanse? If so, which one? with what kind of results? What is your diet like in general? Do you take anything for the gas? any other supplements or drugs? Do have an 'official' diagnosis? Is there anything you've eaten or supplements you've taken that makes your condition worse? better? Any other major problems, conditions, or discomfort? What type of kidney cleanse are you doing now?

If you'll fill me in, I'll do my best to get back to you in the next couple of days :)
