Hi Valerie,

I did a soapy enema once. And it made me very crampy. So I haven't dared try another. (Although, as you know, I use coffee and aloe, and do olive oil/essential oil implants, etc. So, I'm pretty wild :-) )

What soap do you use? Castile? And how much (or little)?
