I think you missed this page. This is the page with all of their fruit vinegars, including their apple cider vinegar Actually, I didn't miss their page of balsamic fruit vinegars at all (in fact, I looked at them all because I seriously appreciate fine balsamic vinegars, and was checking to see if any of them might be labeled raw or organic). I simply didn't mention those two selections, because 1) I don't know if vinegar made from apple juice concentrate & apple vinegar is technically "apple cider vinegar" (I thought it had to be made from apple cider, but I could be wrong) 2)I didn't think that's what you were referring to. My apologies if my inadvertant omission led you to think I didn't check out all their selections, or if your original post was referring to the apple vinegars.

also, you will get more alcohol taking an alcohol-based herbal tincture than you would with one of these vinegars. Typically I take only maybe four or five drops at a time, it is really that powerful. That is probably about 10% of the amount of alcohol that you get when you take the same amount of an alcohol-based herbal tincture As in my previous post, my intent was to be informative (not to debate "Braggs" or pesticides/fermentation) - and my intent is/was the same on the alcohol. Many people are not aware that's it's even possible that vinegars may contain alcohol (and that balsamic vingars are typically a higher percentage than others). Of course, herbal tinctures contain alcohol - a dropperful or two is typically claimed to be about the same amount of alcohol that's in a ripe banana. I always suggest that people splash higher doses with boiling water and/or let them sit and 'evaporate' off as much of the alcohol as they can...but like I said, 'warning people about the dangers of alcohol' wasn't my intent. I was posting merely to be informative and share my thoughts.
Again, I'm glad you had a positive experience.
